Previous education and experience in biology, psychology, and neuropsychology has provided me with knowledge that is invaluable, especially during anxiety and trauma work. I utilize the wisdom from both Eastern and Western psychological practices to add to my arsenal of knowledge and more effectively tailor treatment for each patient.
During my graduate studies, counseling adults felt very natural to me, and I knew I had found my calling. I thoroughly enjoy connecting with others in a deep and meaningful way. My therapy approaches are evidence-based and get to the root of what is causing your distress. Our body, mind, emotions, culture, and spirituality are interconnected.
